Comma-separated values (.csv)

No Google account connection. Local CSV import only; tab-separated paste is planned.

Empty & duplicate values

Empty content cells are skipped. Whitespace is trimmed. You can choose whether to remove duplicate content.

Chair, [empty], Chair → Chair
Duplicates removed only when selected.

Safe file names

Use a naming column or row numbers. Invalid filename characters are cleaned and collisions receive unique suffixes.

Shelf/01 → Shelf_01.png
Unique suffixes keep file names distinct.

Formula cells & encoding

Export formulas as values. Save CSV as UTF-8. Check leading zeros in IDs and phone numbers before export.

ID 00123 → 00123
Format IDs as text; export UTF-8 values.

Errors & big batches

Review invalid rows separately. Keep batches manageable; the tested launch cap is pending.

Questions before you import?

Can I use more than one worksheet?

You can choose a worksheet from an .xlsx workbook. Generate one worksheet at a time, then select another worksheet for your next batch. CSV files contain one table.

Can I name QR files from a column?

Yes. Select the optional file-name column, or use row-number names. Invalid filename characters are cleaned, and duplicate names receive unique suffixes so ZIP entries are not overwritten.

What happens to blank rows?

Rows with empty QR content are skipped, and surrounding whitespace is trimmed. The preview shows the usable row count. Removing duplicate content is optional.

Does my spreadsheet leave my device?

No. CSV and XLSX parsing, QR generation, and ZIP creation happen in your browser. The importer does not send your file or QR content to a server, and it does not connect to your Google account.
